This isn’t easy for me to write, but I believe in the power of community and kindness. I’ve recently learned that I need heart surgery, and while I’m doing my best to stay strong and hopeful, the truth is this journey is overwhelming—emotionally, physically, and financially.

As I prepare for surgery and recovery, I’m facing medical bills, time away from work, and extra expenses for things like medications, follow-up care, and daily living costs. I want to give myself the best chance at a safe recovery, but I can’t do it alone.
