My name is Liz Fitzgerald and I am helping organize funds for my close friends, the Highfields. Kevin Highfield was near Megans Bay, on St Thomas, USVI, trying to meet up with a hiking group. The group left before he arrived, so he tried to find them on his own. He has not been heard from since that morning, Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. His truck was found with his cell phone and wallet. Foot and areal searches have been difficult due to difficult terrain. The Coast Guard has already searched the surrounding water as well. Time is of the essence, as we are trying to get the team on a flight from FLORIDA TONIGHT (9/7/24). We have found a Search and Rescue K-9 Team that is willing to come down to St Thomas from Florida, but the costs are extensive. Please help us find Kevin and bring him home safely.
