After a literal lifetime of problems with my teeth, I have been accepted into a one-day dental teaching program with experts in restorative dentistry and smile correction. The program itself will be free for me, but the lab work for 13 crowns and a bridge comes to $7000, which is due in November. If I am to go ahead with this program, I must give my dentist the answer by next week, so I have time to heal after some teeth are removed.

I will be using all of my savings, and I have been calling around, trying to locate financial assistance in Chicago, but I am still short.
