Our dear friend Pinky's furnace has gone out in the midst of a brutal Michigan winter. They are expecting snow up to a foot this week already. She has done everything in her power to come up with a solution, even going so far as trying to move, but unfortunately finds herself stuck. I know it's the holidays and everyone has to watch their spending, but I think if each of us COTF and friends give at least $10, we'll get her goal and funds needed to purchase a new furnace right away.

I did not get approved for loan or credit card through either bank. I dont make 3x the rent so did not get approved for nearby homes/apartments regardless even if I had the down payment I need $4059 for the furnace. I did not get approved for the hvac companies financing. I just dont have enough on paper money. My hustle game is strong af. The bills get paid, but its just not good enough for these lenders. I applied for state emergency relief, but have yet to hear back. I've exhausted all other options at this point, I am becoming hopeless. Idk what other options i have at this point besides crowd funding. Idk what it entails. I'm not great at asking for help, and this is a big ask.
