Urgent financial need, see story below

In August I was brought to the hospital with chest pains. After numerous test I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure. Due to this diagnosis I was and still am unable to work full time. I was forced to resign from my full time job as an Automotive Technician and lose my family's main income. We have been fighting with disability for almost 4 months now without any help or answers. My condition is not getting any better and I will need a new kidney In the near future. I have my wife and 3 small children that depend on their husband and dad to keep them safe and secure. I'm doing my best to stay positive and keep pushing forward. We recently received an eviction notice due to me loosing my career due to this disability. I due dialysis 3 days a week for approximately 4.5 hrs. This is a job in itself. It wears your body down and make you weak and sick. I cannot work due to this treatment. We are asking for any kind of help to help us stay in our home and keep my kids in the house they love. My landlord has been fully informed since day one of my disability.
