Help Us Get Meela the Surgery She Needs

Our beloved little Meela — our crazy, full-of-beans Jack Chi — needs urgent surgery to have her eye removed due to glaucoma. She’s booked in for the procedure tomorrow and we only found out yesterday that our insurance will not cover the cost because her illness began within the 14-day cooling-off period.

We are absolutely heartbroken and doing everything we can to help her. Meela is such a huge part of our family — she’s not just a pet, she’s our best friend and our comfort through everything. She has been especially important for my daughter, who has ADHD and ASD. Meela brings her calm, laughter, and unconditional love every single day.

We’ve managed to raise some money already, but we are still just over £1000 short of being able to cover the surgery costs. If you can donate anything at all, no matter how small, it would mean the absolute world to us. Every little bit helps us get closer to giving Meela the care she desperately needs.
