Hello everyone,

My spouse, Lee, finally got approved for a life changing surgery but we need help. Lee's life would be improved tremendously with a partial hysterectomy, for both their physical and mental health, but it's a really expensive operation.

The surgery is dated for October 28th, and we need to raise at least 50% of the requested $8,649 in order for them to do it. Besides the medical reasons that are so important for Lee to get this surgery as soon as possible, we don't know what our insurance will look like next year. We don't have the option of getting medical insurance through our jobs, and we know that the climate for health insurance is going to greatly decline next year. If we don't get this done next month, we don't know when we will be able to.
