Urgent: Dog Needs Life-Saving Surgery

Hi Everyone!

unfortunately my brother came home to his 5 year old dog very sick last night. He rushed him to the Vet and they performed a GDV. His stomach flipped, cutting off oxygen to his digestive system. Before the surgery could fix it, part of his tummy tissue died. Now he's battling sepsis -- whether the bacteria from his tummy will leak into his bloodstream. He's putting up a fight! But the chance of survival is 5%. Low but there's still a chance. Plz send positive vibes, prayers, or whatever you believe in. He's my brother’s best friend and he’s absolutely devastated. He’s already paid $11,000 for the first surgery and has the option to perform another surgery if he can come up with the funds.
