Exciting News: Two Divine Will Priests Retreats This Year!
Dear Beloved Brothers and Sisters,
I am thrilled to share some incredible news: we will be hosting not one, but TWO Divine Will Priests Retreats this year! I truly believe that our Beloved Lord has inspired this decision, and I’m eager to see how He will guide us. His surprises never cease to amaze me!
I’m hopeful that we will welcome over 50 priests to join us. The retreat accommodations in the Philippines will be significantly more affordable than those in New Norcia, making it a wonderful opportunity for many. The first retreat will take place at the Capuchin Retreat Center in San Sebastian, Lipa City, Batangas, from Monday, July 21st to Saturday, July 26th. The second retreat will be held in New Norcia from Monday, September 15th to Friday, September 19th. We are incredibly blessed to have Fr. Gabriel Barrera as the retreat master for both locations, sharing his wisdom and guidance with our dear brother priests.
I will be consulting with priests regarding which retreat best suits them, and I’m hopeful that by offering the retreat in the Philippines, we can encourage greater participation, especially among our seminarians. It’s truly wonderful to note that Bishop Severo Caermare is spearheading the construction of a new Monastery of the Divine Will in the Diocese of Dipolog, Philippines. We place all of this in the Hands and Will of our loving God.
I will be sending out invitations to our priests soon. If you have specific priests in mind whom you would like me to invite, please let me know! - [email redacted].au
We know that times are tough financially, but we ask you to pray and to discern whether you can afford to offer something - anything - towards the costs of priests attending the retreat for the coming of the Kingdom of the Divine Will. We need to pay for the flights and the retreat in New Norcia. We are needing approximately $60,000.
We wholly believe in transparency and accountability and will release a summary of exactly how donated monies have been spent once the retreat has ended.
IF you are unable to help out financially, PLEASE PRAY for our priests and that this may be a VERY FRUITFUL AND GRACE FILLED retreat for all.
God bless you in advance for your generosity.
Jenny
