Okay, I hate to do this and it took me a lot of thinking and second-guessing, but I've got to do this because I can't do it on my own with medical bills and other bills. I don't have the funds to finish what I've started.

I need to get the rest of my teeth out and then get some dentures so I can finally go on the transplant list for a kidney because my dialysis treatment isn't working the best it needs to, and I've got to be here for my kids.
