Hi! My name is Andrew, and I've created this GoFundMe fundraiser for my friend, David Fernandez.

David is an excellent father and friend who unfortunately has a lot of challenges in life. He is the father of 3 young girls: 2 with cystic fibrosis, and the other is autistic.

And now, he needs a dental procedure to remove all his teeth and needs this done as soon as possible, so that the infections he has don't spread into other areas of his body.

He works hard to provide for his family, working 10-12 hour days, but unfortunately needs more help.

He needs $5000 to help pay for his teeth extraction, as well as the time he'd lose from work recovering.
