Urgent COVID-19 food appeal, Orchha, India

I am raising money for people living in poverty in a town called Orchha in India which is close to my heart - (my Grandfather and the Chindit special forces trained there in WW2)
Like everywhere in India it is in lockdown, but unlike the UK, there is no support at all for people in poverty. Starvation is killing far more than COVID-19.
In Orchha, lives are being saved by the heroic efforts of my friend Hermant Goswami and his team. They are preparing 200 meals a day for the poorest people in the town who would otherwise not eat and are unable to work due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Hermant's team are not a registered charity. They are just good people doing their best. They take no pay but treat this lifesaving work as a full time job. The cost of 200 meals is £80 GBP per day. Every penny goes where it is needed. The local police have taken on the role of delivering the meals.
But help is needed with the costs. Please do all you can.
