Hey everyone. My name is Cat, and I'm writing to request your assistance. Many of you know us as DoubleBlind, or Ry and Lynx on Discord. We write the series Everyone's a Catgirl! together as a passion project, and we do full-time commission work outside of it to pay the bills.

Unfortunately, for as hard and for as many hours as we work (often times 60 - 80 a week), we've run into an emergency that's caused us both to struggle this month.

Ry had a root canal done when he was younger that the doctor never finished. After two root canals a year and a half ago, this one's come back to haunt him, and it's infected. We need to get it taken care of ASAP. Even with good insurance, we're looking at a $300 exam and scan that no insurance covers and a procedure that costs around $2,000.

We both got sick this month, which hit our finances poorly, and we're both taking on extra commission work. But the bills are stacking up too quickly, grocery prices are out of this world, and we're terrified that we won't be able to make rent by the end of this month.
