Our dear sweet friends have been battling chronic illness for several years. Sadly, their two daughters, Abby and Mia, have recently taken a turn for the worse. They have been mostly bed-bound for about 6 months, reacting severely to food, water, and even air. They cannot leave their home without experiencing frightening anaphylactic reactions.

Their mom, Michelle, has devoted countless weeks to providing round-the-clock care, researching chronic conditions, traveling to various locations to seek improvement, and enduring endless tests, ER visits, treatments, and supplements. Their dad, Mike, has used his medical knowledge to provide many treatments at home. All without much improvement for the girls.

The family is desperate to help their girls. As the next step, they have decided to spend some time at a Lyme treatment clinic out of the country. We pray and hope that the highly specialized treatment and fresh air will provide much-needed relief for Abby and Mia, allowing them to do what young ladies their ages should be able to do: leave the house, see friends, enjoy the outdoors, play music, attend activities, and participate in high school/university classes.

The money is needed to help cover the extensive medical bills and expenses for the following, as personal and retirement funds have already been used:

• ER visits

• Expensive out-of-pocket tests

• Lyme clinic treatments

• Travel, lodging and food
