Hi. My name is Tracy and this is my cat Ollie. He just turned 6 years old. He has a condition called pancreatitis & IBD. He currently has an acute flare-up. It’s extremely painful and causes him not to eat, drink, or use the litter box. Unfortunately, this is his 3rd bout with it and it’s much worse this time. It’s been 5 days which is dangerous for a cat.
I was able to get him some emergency care yesterday, which cost $457. I gave them every penny I have and still owe them $157. He needs to be in the hospital for a few days to stabilize him with IV fluids, pain medication, anti-nausea medication, and appetite stimulants to try to get him over the hump and to eat again. I had to bring him home because I couldn’t afford any more.
The two times in the past cost me upwards of $2,500 and this bout seems to be worse. Ollie is all I have and it breaks my heart that he will die because I can’t afford to leave him at the hospital. Veterinarians and vet hospitals don’t do payment plans. I would be extremely appreciative and grateful for any assistance. Thank you so much!!
All funds will be used for Ollie’s hospitalization. If there are any left over they will be donated to someone else with a financial need for a pet emergency.
