Meet Phoebe. She is my sweet little angel and recently she got out of the house and was lost outside for almost 48 hours. When she was found, she was taken to a shelter where they found several cuts and a large puncture wound on her side.

After cleaning her up and giving her a lot of medication for a growing infection, I was able to take her home.

She needs way more additional vet care because the wound is still very infected. And they believe that she may be sick on top of being lost and out in the wilderness for two days.

I unfortunately don’t have the funds to get her everything she may need. I spent $200 on the medication they gave her at the shelter, but she needs to go back to the vet in the next coming days for the growing infection, antibiotics, tests to see what may be causing her illness, and who knows what else.

My starting goal is $800, but I know how quickly vet bills go up and I can only anticipate that it’s going to be more than that depending on what they find.

Anything helps. Please help me get my sweet girl healthy again.
