Urgent Care Needed for Pilinky

Hello, my doggie PILINKY needs medical attention and I'm trying to get her seen by a vet asap, the consultation is 65$ and I'm trying to cover her consultation first and hopefully they give me an estimate on how much the procedure to get the foxtail(s) out of her nose/throat area will be :( I'm currently in the process of moving and don't have the funds to get her seen by a vet.
