Help get my parakeet to an avian vet

Hi Everyone, My name is Nick and I’m asking for you to help my beloved Feathered baby, Skeeter get back to good health.
I am a 28 year old man who spent a long time behind the eight ball. 2 years ago I decided to change my life forever. Sure, there was an obstacle or two but I didn’t lose my footing. With that change came responsibility. I had a very lucrative job that offered copious amounts of overtime, I had a great hourly rate, was able to secure my FIRST apartment at 28 years old. I had lived in communal living since 17. So naturally after the honeymoon phase of not having to share a bathroom with 9 other grown men, things got quiet and boring. So I decided to bring some life to my living environment and along came skeeter at the perfect time. She was having conflict with another bird at her last home. I was back and forth about getting her until my step father bought a cage and I had no choice. When I brought her home I was instantly sold. Shortly after I brought skeeter home I got the word that I would no longer have my position at my job. So naturally I panicked and had to find something quick to keep up with my bills and there is absolutely no room for error. On Friday 09/27 we woke up and skeeter was puffy, displaying that she was ill. After countless opinions, observations, and online diagnosis I could not figure out what was wrong with her and she hasn’t gotten any better. I cannot afford to take her to the vet and I fear if I wait until I can afford it, I’m going to be too long and it’ll be too late. Let’s get skeeter checked out and back to good health!
