Urgent Care Needed for Midge's Stroke Recovery
Donation protected
This is Midge. She is a mini schnauzer. I rescued her on Feb. 7, 2020. She was 5 at the time and found abandoned in a field in Butte County. She was missing half the hair on her body, sick with kennel cough, and was found in December. She survived by her tough exterior, challenging all that came in her path, hunting for food, and digging a hole to keep warm while she slept. She lived in the wild.
She suffered a stroke Saturday and I desperately need to raise money to pay for her vet bills. She is paralyzed on the left side of her body and cannot walk or stand. She can't go to the bathroom on her own and is very scared. Only being 10, I would be too. She is the best gift God could have ever given me and so I am hoping you that know her will please help if you can. I don’t usually do this; however, she needs more care and this is just the start. She deserves to be cared for, and she is our Scrappy-Do. She is the best little dog taking a second round of hardship.
