Hi, my name is Starr-Anna and my cat Toby is a little over 1 year old. He hasn't eaten in almost a week, and that is causing liver issues (hepatic lipidosis). He needs an ultrasound to make sure nothing else is wrong with his organs. We are setting up a GoFundMe as the medical bills can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000. My initial thought was, "Wow, that's a lot for a cat," but Toby is really the best boy and a huge part of our family. I have cried more about this cat in the last week than I have cried in the last decade. I love him so much, and anyone who has met him knows he is the sweetest baby ever. Our kids love him so much, especially our one-year-old, Arlo. If Toby's life cannot be saved, we will use any donated funds to cover his current veterinary bills, which are about $2,000 at this point.
