Urgent Care for Norbert's Twisted Stomach (GDV)

Donation protected
Please help my sweet baby Norbert (My sweet dog)! He had to have emergency surgery at UT for a twisted stomach(GDV). Those of you who know me know I hate asking for any kind of help and I never thought I would be begging but please I love this dog so much!! He help me get through my divorce and the recent passing of my dad I can't lose him too. Luck just hasn't been on my side here lately. I wouldn't ask for help if I didn't desperately need it.
Information on (GDV):
Norbert update 2/27 9pm:
His surgery went well. They were able to save his spleen and did not have to remove any of his stomach or intestines. He took a bit of time getting up after surgery and his blood pressure took a turn for the worst for a bit, but has been up. He still has an internal bleed (they believe it maybe oozing from the surgery) but they fear he wouldn't make it through another surgery they are treating the bleed accordingly. He had another plasma transfusion and will likely get another one tonight. His platelet levels are low so they are watching that closely in case he will also need a blood transfusion. His blood pressure is still low and heart rate is still high. He's not out of the clear but they hope that more fluids and another plasma transfusion will help. He is in the ICU at UT and has a critical care team working with him and taking care of him through the night. They have been amazing there and I'm grateful for them!
Norbert update 2/28 8:30pm:
Norbert has continued to make improvements throughout the day! He has started eating and his ultrasound showed only a little fluid in the chest cavity and platelet level is improving meaning the bleeding is slowing down and or has stopped. He stayed stable while we visited him this evening. He was unhooked from everything for 20 minutes and he did very well. Vet said he was the sweetest Rhodesian Ridgeback he's ever met, very cuddly. It's not guaranteed. However, tomorrow morning if his platelet levels I've shown more improvement and he's continued to eat. They may let me take him home for the rest of his recovery. We got part of the bill it only has what they have done up till lunch today. I have to pay in full at discharge. I am taking out a loan. And have hopes that the GoFundMe will help me get it paid off before the high interest rates kick in. I didn't qualify for care credit because I took all the debt in my divorce unfortunately my debt to income is great. Thank you everyone for all your help!! Everything and anything is greatly appreciated ❤️❤️
Norbert update 3/1 1:00pm:
He's Home!!!!! He made major improvements over night and they felt it best for him to come home!!! His platelet count is back to normal and blood pressure has been stable. He is still sleepy but have to be in bed( we put it on the floor so he could still sleep with us.) thank you all again for your support

Note: This amount is currently based of the estimate they gave me( I will adjust as needed). I had to pay $4,000 down so they would do the surgery. I had to pull from a loan to cover that amount I have posted a picture of his account information for anyone who would prefer contacting UT directly. Thank you all for your help!
Update: The total is $7,075 It had to be paid in full upon pickup I did take a loan out to make this payment. I'm hoping that the GoFundMe will allow me to pay off the loan before high interest rates kick in. I was not approved for Care credit will and still need help. I'm greatly appreciative if everybody even just the shares have been immensely helpful. Thank you again!!
