Urgent Care for My Brother Steve's End-of-Life Cancer

My gay brother Steve of San Francisco has just suddenly been diagnosed with liver cancer. It has already spread to his brain. His outlook is bad and he is alone. His small circle of friends have moved out of town and I live in New York.

I need to fly out to see him, arrange his care, take care of his needs. I don't have savings to do this and I seek your support.
