Urgent Care for Hershey 3 Month Old Puppy
Donation protected
Hello, I'm Alison, creating a GoFundMe for my sister Amanda. On Friday, August 1, she went outside and found their new puppy almost completely lifeless and had to be rushed to the vet for emergency treatment. He is currently on O2 in a box and staying in the hospital. Any amount helps He is roughly 3 months old. So far have been quoted 5,000 to help him. Funds will be used to cover the vet costs to get him back to himself.
update: 8:55pm August 1. After further testing the vet has determined that he has broken ribs on his right side and some internal bleeding into his lung. He is on IV for pain meds and still in the O2 box. At this time they feel
internal bleeding should heal on its own. Hershey did eat chicken for the vet which is a very promising sign he’s headed into the right direction. Considering he was almost lifeless when found God is working a miracle!
Update 8/2 Hershey did great overnight. He’s still stable on oxygen with pain management with IV they are keeping him another night maybe longer not sure right now. Praying he can come home soon

8/5 Hershey went to the vet for a follow up visit. He’s been having a hard time taking meds so they gave an antibiotic shot. Also want to see him weekly x rays to keep an eye on bleeding into the lungs. Slow recovery but we are getting there
8/7 Hershey is starting to feel much better!! Trying to try to eat his way out of the kennel! Have to remind him to stay calm is tricky. Still long road to recovery on the ribs healing
