Urgent Care for Dwight & Kyle: Your Help Needed For Healing

Hello! It's Rachel here, mother of two gorgeous, perfect, amazing cat boys and best friends, Dwight & Kyle - known and loved by many. (local superstars) Within the past 6 months, their health has taken a turn for the worse. Dwight developed some pretty serious dental issues including 2 infected back molars, infected/inflamed gums that affected the root of many of his teeth and altogether ended up needing to get 14 teeth extracted. Two days after returning home from his surgery, his right eye started oozing and he could barely keep it open. I took him back to the vet immediately and he was prescribed an antibiotic ointment, that he was on for 3/4 days with no improvement and symptoms became worse. After a second appointment, he was prescribed a stronger, different antibiotic and steroid in the form of drops. He has two more upcoming appointments to check progress and continue assessing his healing. There are conversations for potential more rare infections that could be the cause, if he continues to resist treatment. It's been so hard and stressful to see him go through this all at once without much relief for the past week, and we have our fingers crossed that it starts getting better soon.

Kyle has appointments scheduled that are on hold another week until Dwight is getting better, and he at the very least will need a full panel screening, allergy/respiratory symptoms as well as exploring his rapid weight loss and stomach issues that are progressively getting worse.

I'm asking for help with a total goal of $3,500 to cover Dwight's surgery, tests, prescriptions, appointments, as well as Kyle's upcoming scheduled care.

These boys are my world and I can't imagine life without them. They hopefully have so many more years ahead of them.
