This is not a something I ever wanted to make, but, life ain’t fair. Our beautiful 10 year old GSD boy, Dogmeat (named after the Fallout game series), needs help. In April of this year, we noticed a small lump on his leg. I, immediately, brought him to our friends at VMC and had it checked. It didn’t appear suspicious and the aspiration didn’t reveal anything more than fat, so we were relieved and satisfied. However, in the last few months it has about quadrupled in size and has become hard. Now, due to his “senior” age, it’s now a concern and the Big “C” has been added to list of possibilities. Because of where and how large it is, we have to act quickly. Because of how large HE is, it’s going to cost me $1,300 I don’t have. Due to health issues of my own and taking care of my disabled siblings, finances are stretched to the max right now. This is my sister’s psychiatric support dog. I fear what will happen to her without him.

Our local tattoo shop is running a tattoo drive fundraiser but I opened a gofundme for anyone unable to make it or anyone who would rather just send funds without the ink!

I already have a bit of money set aside but I don’t have the full $1300, which is why I’m asking for $800 right now. Anything over what is needed for surgery/possible further treatment will be donated!
