Urgent Care for Dakota: Pat Needs Your Help

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out today to ask for your help on behalf of my good friend and co-worker, Pat, and his loyal companion, Dakota.

Pat is one of the kindest, most generous people I know. If I were ever in need, I know I could count on him without hesitation. He’s the type of person who would drop everything to lend a hand. In the past few years, Pat has faced many challenges and adversity in his personal and family life, but through it all, one thing has always been his constant – his beloved dog, Dakota.

Last week, Pat decided to take a much-needed vacation, something he hasn't had in a long time. Unfortunately, although Dakota was being watched, she managed to get through the fence and was hit by a car last Wednesday afternoon.

Pat’s already going through financial hardship, and the added expenses of Dakota’s emergency care, vet visits, pain medication, antibiotics, and the possibility of surgery or even euthanasia are overwhelming. Pat has told me, "I love my girl and I want to see her run again," and I know how deeply this is affecting him.

I've created this GoFundMe to help cover the vet-related costs so that Pat can focus on getting Dakota the care she needs, without the added stress of financial strain. No amount is too small, and every donation will go directly toward helping Dakota get the treatment she deserves and giving Pat the peace of mind that he’s doing everything he can for his loyal friend.
