Sister Farhat is a beloved member of our community who is fighting for her life, and she needs our help.

For over two decades, she has battled diabetes, which slowly robbed her of her eyesight. She has endured surgery after surgery, laser treatments, and painful injections in both eyes, all while never once losing her smile. She is known for her warmth, her generosity, and the way she made everyone around her feel at home.

Then in February 2025, she received devastating news: a brain tumor.

Her doctors have prescribed Pembrolizumab, a critical immunotherapy drug, alongside ongoing eye treatments, medications, and specialist follow-ups. The costs are overwhelming. Every day of delay is a day her condition worsens.

She can no longer work and depends entirely on those around her. The people supporting her have already given thousands out of their own pockets, but it is simply not enough.

A fundraiser has been set up to help cover her immunotherapy sessions, eye care, medications, and medical follow-ups. Every dollar goes directly toward keeping her alive and comfortable.
