My mom has always been a fighter. Many years ago, she was diagnosed with cancer, and after a long battle, we were grateful when she went into remission. Unfortunately, over a year ago, the cancer returned. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to manage her treatments and expenses on our own, determined not to ask for help unless it was absolutely necessary.

Recently, her condition has become more complicated. Although we were following a prescribed medication, it hasn’t been able to stop the metastasis to her lungs, and new tumors have appeared in her breast. Her doctors have now ordered a specialized laboratory study that must be sent to Dubai, which is extremely costly. The expenses for this study and her ongoing medications have become overwhelming, and we are struggling to keep up.
