Hi my name is Orion, I am 18 and living in Vancouver Washington. Currently going through my fourth bout with what could be homelessness again; My two roommates are leaving me before the end of our lease is up which is putting me in a really tough bind. I have three options with how I can proceed, I can A: find new people to take this lease over and finish it out for/ with me. which i have been trying to do for months now to no avail.

I can B: do a reletting option where I pay a fee of $500 but still get charged accelerated rent of around $2059 or higher which I just cannot afford. Or option C: I pay a fee of 2x my base rent which is upwards of $4-5k which I definitely cannot afford. Ive reached out to anyone I considered close and even to complete strangers trying to find roommates but have only been flaked on and left in the dust, I am in a huge struggle here and need support. anything or anyway you can help would be beyond appreciated, I have until may 31st to come up with this money, otherwise I’m shit out of luck.

I have a place to stay if things go bad but I don’t have the money to pay the complex. Thank you for reading.
