Urgent Assistance for Cohoes Family's New Start

I have been out of my actual home in Cohoes, NY for almost a whole year, bouncing my children and I from my sister's to my mom's, to now my sister in laws house all the way in Amsterdam, an hour away from everything we know. I lost my home, then my job because I became homeless. I'm trying so hard to get back to the city I've raised my children in, the oldest being 16, she's been in the same school her whole life.

With these funds, I could get back into an apartment with my babies and start our lives again, and they can be with the friends they've known for over 10 years. Where we are staying now isn't a forever thing, as it is someone else's space. I've tried to get help from the state also, but they don't seem to want to do that, so I'm asking others out there for help because my children deserve a place to call home again so badly.
