[URGENT ASAP] Help me not become homeless

Donation protected

DUE BEFORE JULY 18TH.

I don't want to get into too many details publicly, but alot has happened to me that was out of my control.

Unfortunately, in my town, it's very hard to find work at the moment. About a year ago, a Stellantis battery plant was put in my town, and it has severely negatively impacted the economy here. Housing went up, and the job has been harming people's health. I did try to apply for this job though out of desperation, but they require a highschool diploma, which I don't have. Most job postings, whether in person or through application apps like Indeed, are either ghost jobs that aren't actually hiring or they simply pick someone else instead of me despite me having a decent work experience. I still continue to check for job openings regardless, because I'll take anything at this point. I have jobs set up to start soon, but the apartment complex wants us out, and won't give us time to start a job to accumulate money to either pay them or leave elsewhere.

My untreated chronic sciatic nerve pain also caused me to lose my job at Amazon late 2023, and ever since, my life has gone down the drain, and I'm now facing eviction because of this. My also-jobless father is in the same boat with me, as I live with him because it's easier due to me having autism and needing to depend on someone. It's hard for us right now. The homeless crisis is getting worse in my city in Indiana.

You might be thinking, "Go ask friends or family to help! There's also trustees and United Way, too!", but unfortunately I don't have any friends in my state who can help, all my long distance friends aren't able to help, and our entire family is very toxic/abusive and refuse to help us. We have one car, and it doesn't work right now. It will be towed once we're evicted. The trustees rejected us due to the high amounts of people needing help now. United Way, Salvation Army, and local churches are all running out of funds and tell us they can't help. We've tried all angles, hoping and praying that someone can help temporarily to prevent us from being on the street, but each option closes their doors on us for different reasons, mostly due to financial struggles of their own.

This is basically an emergency fundraiser to keep me from being homeless and losing everything I've had since I was a baby. I've sold things already, but it only fed our bills into a money pit that feels like wasted cash because of the eroding economy here. I've run out of things to sell that actually have enough value to save me.

MY GOAL...

I need enough funds to get a one bedroom or studio apartment in my town, $1,000. At worse case scenario at least a storage unit to store our belongings while living on the street. It's temporary until we'd have a job started and saved up money to move somewhere.

DISCLAIMERS...

I've tried for years to start up art commissions on my art Instagram DeemingAmbition.Art because I'm a very great artist with much value to my pieces, but it's always crickets, and nothing happens. It's "desperate cause for desperate measures" now because it's gotten so bad that my mental health is declining the longer I put up with this conflict without being able to solve it. It's gotten so bad that I've often contemplated starting an OF or something to make money that way, since people flock to that. But I value my prudence and privacy too much to sell myself off like that. I just need enough help to get me on my feet.

I feel guilt about asking for donations, even though this wasn't even on me.

I'm tired of being a doormat to things happening outside of my control, and I want out. I've been praying for a miracle to happen so I can finally live a better life.
