URGENT: Apple Fritter needs life-saving surgery.
Donation protected
Dear Ones, We urgently seek support for Apple Fritter, surgery is required within the next week, if we are to save his life. Apple Fritter is a 2.5 month old kitten facing a life-threatening condition, Pectus Excavatum. This rare condition is causing his breastbone to sink into his chest, impacting breathing & shifting vital organs.
Apple Fritter, with his bright eyes and gentle spirit, has shown a strong will to live & fight. Unfortunately, due to lack of resources, the rescue organization he is currently at has placed him on hospice. Research shows surgery for Pectus Excavatum leads to normal & long lives for affected kittens.
We are financially able to provide Apple Fritter with immediate care costs & those post-surgery. However, need help gathering funds for the Pectus Excavatum surgery, which can range from $2,500 to $6,000 due to potential complications and additional hospital stays for his severe case. If we work together to gather the funds needed we can get Apple Fritter the surgery he needs to go on to live a happy & healthy life.
Apple Fritter's presence in our life has been a poignant reminder to slow down & embrace the love we can give. Thank you for considering contributing to Apple Fritter's surgery fund & playing a crucial role in making a difference for this little fighter.

Please note any funds that may not be needed for Apple Fritter's surgery will be given to Bean's Medical Fund (a sweet kitten who also had Pectus Excavatum & whose life was saved by the amazing folks at Lake County Humane Society, where I, Kayla, volunteer.)
Thank you for your kindness & support. With Love, Apple Fritter, Kayla, & Eric
