Hi, I'm EILEEN MURPHY, a Co-Leader of the National ERA Publication Task Force. I'm reaching out to you to urgently support the Heroica Foundation and Equal Means Equal, incredible organizations dedicated to advancing the ratified Equal Rights Amendment's publication to the U.S. Constitution.

This lawsuit, Equal Means Equal v. Trump, is the ONLY ERA functioning ERA advocacy taking place in 2025-26.

The ERA will unequivocably not advance under the current Executive Branch, nor the gridlocked Republican Congress. The Judicial Branch via lawsuits is the only pathway forward for the ERA.

On January 6th, 2020, President Donald Trump sent an unprecedented unconstitutional memo to the National Archivist that blocked publication of the ratified ERA.

Despite unparalleled 2021-25 ERA advocacy efforts, President Biden similarly disregarded the constitutional amendatory process, and disappointingly concluded his Presidency without publishing the ratified ERA.

Women serve in the military and die for America. Wendy Murphy, JD, will be arguing this via Equal Means Equal v. Trump in Boston Federal Court on December 16th, 2025; that the Equal Rights Amendment is valid; and that women deserve the highest level of legal protection, called legal scrutiny.

It is anticipated that Equal Means Equal v. Trump will make its way to the Supreme Court.
