The child Sham, only two years old, is suffering from severe malnutrition and starvation, which has left her body like a skeleton due to severe dehydration and entering one of the most critical stages threatening her life.

Initial medical reports indicate severe liver enlargement, extreme abdominal swelling, and a high fever, with her weight tragically dropping from 4.8 kg to 4.3 kg in a short period, while her normal weight should be between 12–14 kg.

The situation in Gaza is extremely critical, and Sham urgently needs treatment abroad for comprehensive tests and proper medical care, which Nasser Hospital cannot provide due to a lack of equipment and medicines, especially under the ongoing war and dire humanitarian conditions affecting civilians, particularly children.
