Urgent Appeal: Support for Dipesh Kafle and His Family

Dear friends and members of the Nepali community around the world,

With heavy hearts, we are reaching out to request your kind support for our dear brother, Dipesh Kafle, who is currently fighting for his life following a tragic accident in New Zealand.

On 14 May, Dipesh was critically injured in a serious car and truck collision near Rotorua. He remains in intensive care at Waikato Hospital, and his condition is still very serious.

In this incredibly difficult time, his parents and uncle travelled urgently from Arjun Chaupari, Syangja, Nepal to be by his side. While we are grateful they have arrived safely, the emotional toll and financial strain on the family are significant. They are now facing high costs related to accommodation, living expenses, and ongoing hospital needs — with no clear timeline for recovery.

Although some initial support has helped them settle in, the situation is far from over, and the burden continues to grow. This is where we humbly ask for your help.

Whatever amount you are able to contribute — large or small — will make a meaningful difference. Your generosity will go directly towards helping Dipesh’s family remain close to him and provide the love, care, and support he needs during this critical time.
