saving our dog from pitbull attack

During there routine daily walk, our 9-year-old poodle and my mother in law were viciously attacked by a Pitbull out of no where, resulting in severe injuries to both of us. While her injuries, fortunately, were not as severe, our precious dog sustained critical wounds that necessitate immediate surgical intervention and extensive medical treatment. The estimated cost for the necessary procedures amounts to $18,000, a financial burden that my family is struggling to bear due to unexpected circumstances.

Regrettably, the owner of the pitbull has shown no remorse or willingness to take responsibility for the damages caused by their pet's actions. Despite the traumatic ordeal we have endured, we have not received any form of assistance or communication from the owner regarding the incident.
