My name is Waseem Al-Khalidi, a 29-year-old Palestinian from Gaza, currently residing in Ramallah. In 2020, due to a lack of opportunities in Gaza, I relocated to find work, and now I ask your aid for my family back home.

I long for my father's wise counsel and my mother's tender embrace, reminiscing about the times we shared over coffee.

Aseel Al-Khalidi (30): A dedicated pharmacist who tragically lost her job due to the war's devastation. The loss of her unborn child due to the war’s brutality haunts us.

Ahmed Al-Khalidi (24): An aspiring law student passionate about peace, now left adrift without a degree or employment, disillusioned by the harsh realities of war.

Kamel Al-Khalidi (20): A vibrant youth with a zest for life and a passion for nursing, thwarted by the destruction of his education dreams.

Current Crisis and Plea for Help

Following the life-altering events of October 7th, my family's plight has worsened. Forced to flee their home and seek refuge in harsh conditions, they endure unimaginable hardships. Malnutrition, lack of essentials, and health crises have taken a severe toll, pushing them to the brink. With depleted resources and mounting challenges, their only hope lies in evacuating to Egypt for safety and stability.
