Samantha Rodriguez, is a three year old sweet girl who was in the Dominican Republic traveling with her parents and visiting family, when she became seriously ill with a severe lung infection. Upon admitting her to the hospital it was discovered that she has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Samantha has been in the hospital for over a week and needs to return to the United States in the next few days to begin treatment but can only be transferred via an Air Ambulance which is very expensive.

Samantha Rodríguez es una dulce niña de tres años, que se encontraba en la República Dominicana viajando con sus padres y visitando a su familia, cuando se enfermó gravemente con una infección pulmonar. Al ingresarla en el hospital se descubrió que tenía leucemia linfoblástica aguda. Samantha ha estado en el hospital durante más de una semana y necesita regresar a los Estados Unidos en los próximos días para comenzar tratamiento, pero solo puede ser trasladada en una ambulancia aérea, que es muy costosa.
