Urgent Aid Save my Fiance from war in Dominican Republic

I need funds to help get my partner out of The Dominican Republic/Hispanola island due to racist killings, deportations and active war.

Fleeing his home in Haiti he was forced in the Dominican Republic; bearing a expired passport, and war times and human rights violations everyday is a battle for survival. Currently trying to expedite him to be within US territory through a Marriage K-1 Visa and plane tickets, government forms, and housing to stay safe while we wait will all cost more money than I can produce on my own and I don't want him to become another dead person by the Dominican government. Please any help or funds is helpful.
