Hello, my name is Philbert Samuels and i am in my 50's and in urgent of financial support. I have been diagnosed with kidney disease 4 years. I am currently on twice weekly Hemodialysis sessions four hours per every session. My bones have become so brittle because of the dialysis that i have recently been hospitalized with a fractured neck without any injuries or falls.
