my dad has been dealing with job loss. and he's been having to deal with issues getting his ID renewed because of missing birth certificate so a couple more months would be helpful to be able to hopefully get the ID sorted out so he can get a job or he hits the retirement age, so would be very helpful to get this mortgage payment so we don't have to foreclose the house
