5 days ago, my dachshund was admitted to the hospital for excessive nausea, a complete lack of appetite, and severe GI problems. We took him to the nearest ER thinking it would not be severe, but now we are on day 5, and he is needing care that is beyond our financial capability.

Poppy is my best friend, 5 years old, and my baby. I don’t think I could live without him in my life. He is my emotional support and has been the 5 years he has been in my life. We, at this time, have maxed out everything we have to pay for the medical bills, but he requires life-saving care that is beyond our capability. We have used all our savings and everything we have to try to save him, but at this point, we have nothing left and are kindly asking for help. At this point, we have exhausted every option and have nowhere else to turn. I do not think I can live without him, and he is truly the best dog I have ever had.
