On March 31, 2025, I was arriving at my job. Before we got started, I fell, hitting my head hard on the concrete and had a seizure. My co-worker and a customer called 911. I woke up in the back of the ambulance, then passed out again. I woke up 4 hours later after emergency surgery with a temporary pacemaker. Apparently, my blood pressure got so low that I passed out. The following day, I was returned to surgery for the removal of the temporary pacemaker and the insertion of a permanent pacemaker. The doctor came to see me and explained that he saved my life twice upon arrival to the ER. He also stated there was some damage to my brain. I have since lost my sense of smell, and I have head spins when I lay down or roll over. I haven't worked since this happened. I have had no income at all, no disability insurance, or unemployment benefits. I can't drive, so I have to use Uber, and my funds have run out. I have doctor appointments that I need to get to. I'm 62 years old, my wife is on disability, so any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
