Aid for Shane, Sole Provider

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Sierra. Late last night, my father-in-law, Shane Miller (59years old), started complaining about his heart. My mother-in-law rushed him to the hospital, and they got him hooked up to an EKG machine, only to hear them say he needs a pacemaker as soon as possible.

Shane will be turning 60, December 30th. Never did we imagine, he would be getting a pacemaker for his birthday.

The hospital is full, with no beds or rooms available. There's no time to figure out what we need or what can be done to prepare us for what's ahead. Just that he will not be allowed to go home and surgery will take place very soon.

Shane is a husband, a loving father of two kids, a grandpa and best friend to his only 4 year old granddaughter. Shane is a friend to all who cross his path. He is also the sole provider for his family.

All donations will be covering his loss of wages and medical expenses. In hopes of easing any financial stress that may occur during his time out of work and through recovery.

We truly appreciate the time you took to read this. Please say a prayer for our family. If you cannot donate, please please please share. Anything and everything helps!

Thank you from the hearts of ALL our family members. We sincerely appreciate every prayer, every donation, and every share!

God Bless and Merry Christmas from our family to yours,
Sierra Grass

UPDATE: We spoke with Cardiologist, they are going to keep him overnight and monitor his heart. They will also continue to monitor him for the next 30 days. Before as Shane says: they install his new pacemaker like its a new Big Block for his Chevy or something lol.

He is in good spirits, please continue all the prayers. We appreciate everything everyone has donated, he is over joyed with all the love and support he has been receiving.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Shane has been released from the Hospital and is now home getting settled in for some much needed rest.

He will begin heart medication for the time being. Drs are hoping this will be enough to avoid a pacemaker right this moment.

He did have another “episode” late last night, thankfully was at the hospital being monitored So they were able to catch it as well as record it as it was happening.

For now he will get rest. We will check in shortly with the Cardiologist to know the next steps.. we will keep you posted along our journey.

Thank you for every prayer, donation, and share everything is truly appreciated as we do not know how much time he will need to take off to see the drs or how much this medication is going to cost out of pocket.

Him walking out of the Hospital, all he wanted was to feel the sun on his skin and get home to shower!
