Hey friends. My name is Katjana and I’m looking for urgent help for my longest, dearest friend. For her safety I will call her Rosemary.

Rosemary is trapped in a very verbally, mentally, physically, and financially abusive relationship with her young daughter. She is actively working full time and is still unable to find a way out of her situation that she so desperately wants to leave. She has a young daughter as well whom she is an incredible mother to.

I am asking for humanity, for empathy, and for grace for my best friend.

It is not always as easy as telling someone to “just leave”. Victims of abuse often lack the social support and financial resources to truly escape their abusers.

I would like to add that she did not ask me to make this but all funds will go directly towards helping her and her 4 year old daughter find a safe place to live that is out of harm’s way.
