My name is Rola, a Palestinian woman from Gaza, and I write to you carrying the pain of  souls of my family, who has lost everything. ‏

Since the beginning of the war, our home was destroyed completely. We lost our source of income and our sense of safety. We now live in a torn tent, under conditions that are unfit for human life, no shelter, no food, no medicine. ‏

⚠️ We Are Living Through a Deadly Famine ‏!
We are now enduring a severe famine that is eating away at our bodies day by day. ‏We have nothing to eat, not even enough to silence the cries of hunger. ‏I have a young daughter, and every day I look into her eyes not knowing what to feed her, my heart breaks, and I feel helpless. ‏
We also have elderly family members who are in desperate need of continuous medical care, but we can’t even provide them with basic medication or a safe environment. ‏

Why Are We Asking for Help? ‏

We are simply fighting to survive. ‏We urgently need your support to: ‏

• Provide food and clean water ‏
• Access medicine and healthcare, especially for our elderly and the sick ‏
• Meet basic needs for survival under this devastation ‏
• Help us escape Gaza to a safe place where we can rebuild our lives with dignity ‏

 أنا رولا، فلسطينية من غزة، أكتب لكم وأنا أحمل ألم أرواح أسرتي بين يديّ – أسرتي التي فقدت كل شيء. منذ بداية الحرب، دُمر منزلنا بالكامل، وفقدنا مصدر رزقنا وأماننا.
 نعيش الآن في خيمة ممزقة وسط ظروف لا تصلح للعيش الآدمي، لا مأوى، لا طعام، ولا دواء.

 ⚠️ نعيش مجاعة قاتلة نحن الآن في قلب
مجاعة فتاكة تنهش أجسادنا يوميًا. لا نملك ما نأكله، ولا حتى ما يُسكت صراخ الجوع. لدي طفلة صغيرة، أنظر إليها يوميًا ولا أعلم ماذا أقدّم لها، قلبي يتفطر ولا حيلة لي.

كما أن في عائلتنا كبار سن بحاجة إلى رعاية صحية مستمرة، ولا نستطيع حتى توفير الأدوية أو بيئة صحية لهم.

 لماذا نطلب الدعم؟

 نحن نطلب مساعدتكم لأننا ببساطة نصارع من أجل البقاء. نحن بحاجة ماسة إلى:
 • الطعام والماء النظيف.
 • الأدوية والرعاية الصحية، خاصة لكبار السن والمرضى.
 • الاحتياجات الأساسية للنجاة في ظل هذا الدمار.
 • المساعدة على مغادرة غزة إلى مكان آمن، نعيد فيه بناء حياتنا بكرامة.
