Urgent Aid for My Father's Recovery

Donation protected
My father is my rock, my light, my everything. He is my best friend. Endless conversations, laughs, and stories we have shared throughout my life. We have been glued at the hip since the first day I came into this world and I don't know what life will be like without him and I never want to find out either. I can not describe the pain you feel knowing your father is not doing well and your practically across the whole world. Its as if my heart was aggressively ripped from my chest and torn into a thousand little pieces. Its a pain I would not wish on my worst enemies, like a ticking time bomb ready to blow at any second. My father has been the biggest part of me and to get a phone call in the middle of the day from my mother, 8200 miles away, that my father was being sent to the hospital, I felt apart of me being ripped away with every word. I have never felt so helpless and useless before this very moment. All that I could do was sit, wait, and listen to what they had to say over the phone. I felt so weak, that I couldn't do anything to help lift this pain from my parents. Being here in the States and my sister being in Australia, my parents are alone in the Philippines. My mother is fighting this battle of heart ache by herself as she watches her husband lay in a hospital bed.
My father has unexpectedly suffered from another stroke that may take his life as he stays in critical care. In 2019 he suffered his first stroke, which left him unable to function on his left side. That never stopped him from being a loving, caring, and amazing father, husband, grandfather, and bestfriend. On April 4, 2025, my dad went to the restroom and fell unresponsive. My mother found him and he was rushed to the nearest hospital. He was intubated to protect his airways and help him breathe since he was unable to do it himself. Once they were able to get him stable they started the transfer process to take him to another hospital with more advanced care. Before he was transferred scans were done and had shown the growing clot that lives in his brain. With multiple doctors and many medicines that are given to help my father fight for his life, he still stays in critical condition. My mother sits by his side trying to stay strong for them both.
As I drop everything in my life now to go back home and be with my parents, I am asking for help, compassion, and love. My father needs this medical care to have a fighting chance at life. We are asking for help to raise the money for his medical needs because we can't do it alone. With your help, compassion, and love we can save a life, the most precious life to me, my father. If you can donate, just know its going towards the life of the best person possible. If you can't donate, share, share, share, and help spread this story! If anything at all PRAY for my family, my father, and my mother during this difficult time that we are going through. We are not ready to start a life without him in it. I beg and plea that you can help me save my favorite person.
