I’m May from Gaza — a mother of four in urgent need of support to help my children and provide treatment for my disabled son.

My name is May. I’m a mother of four children living in Gaza, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Although I studied accounting, cooking has always been my passion. I used to run a small home-based business, selling pastries and sweets online to support my family. You can see my Instagram here.

But the war changed everything.

I lost my family’s home completely. Our current house was partially destroyed in the bombing, and I lost my only source of income.

My brother and my father-in-law were killed. My middle son was injured due to the attacks.

And my eldest son, who suffers from cerebral palsy, is in worse condition than ever. His health is deteriorating because of the lack of food, medicine, and diapers. We can no longer afford his physical therapy sessions or provide him with the care he needs.

His wheelchair was also damaged in the bombing, and we urgently need to buy a new one so he can regain some mobility and comfort.

My children have lost access to education after their schools were bombed. Life in Gaza has come to a standstill.

We now have no income, no stable access to food, clean water, medicine, or basic hygiene supplies.

The situation is critical — famine is spreading, prices are skyrocketing, and resources are nearly gone due to the blockade and continued war.

Please don’t leave us alone.

We urgently need your support to survive this phase — just enough to provide for our basic needs until the border opens and we can evacuate for treatment and safety.
