I've been dealing with chronic illness for 15-20 years. The toll it has taken on my physical and mental well being has made it almost impossible to hold a job.

While trying to survive on a very fixed income, there are so many medical supplies I need, and every day brings new challenges.

My husband is currently undergoing treatment for Epilepsy. He isn't allowed to drive or do most work tasks, with the risk of them triggering a seizure.

Between the medical challenges and the associated stress, every day is a battle. I am homebound and bedbound almost entirely. I am on very specific forms of medication - which can be difficult to get in general. I am also on TPN for life. TPN is astronomically expensive, including the vitamins and medications that go with it. (TPN stand for Total Parenteral Nutrition) Which means for 12 hours everyday, I am hooked up to a bag of nutrition throught my port. (A port is a plastic type thing surgically inplanted into my chest. And every week I get two needles put into my chest to make sure I can recieve the TPN, IV fluids, and medications.)

My body doesn't absorb things like normal people, so many medications do not work. This is something we have suspected but it was confirmed.

I'm desperate for help. I want to be able to experience just a basic quality of life. Unfortunately, the medical expenses are so burdensome that even the most everyday of purchases are beyond reach.

I'm trying to raise money for the medical supplies I need, which again are life and death.

Any litte bit helps. I'm hopeless and overwhelmed and just dont know where else to turn. Please share as much as you can. It would mean the world to me and take a huge burden off myself and my family.
