Urgent Aid for Kristi's Final Journey Home
Donation protected
One of my dearest friends, Kristi, is facing an unimaginable crisis, and we urgently need your help. Kristi is battling terminal cancer and now, on top of everything, she is being evicted from her home of 11 years. With an eviction date set for February 10th, time is running out for her and her daughter to find a safe place to live.
Kristi’s diagnosis of Metastatic Breast Cancer has left her in a devastating state. The cancer has spread to her liver, bones, and now her brain. While she has fought valiantly to prolong her time, she is nearing the end of this journey. Adding the stress of losing her home is more than anyone should have to bear.
Kristi has endured so much. Five years ago, her husband left, and since then, she and her daughter have worked tirelessly to stay afloat. Her daughter, an in-home caregiver, has shouldered the burden of supporting them both on a modest salary. Kristi, unable to work, relies on disability payments, but it’s far from enough to cover rent or relocation expenses. Despite their best efforts, they are now out of options.
We need your help to raise $25,000 to give Kristi and her daughter a stable home to see her through the remainder of her life.
Our goal is to purchase a Fifth Wheel Trailer, new enough to be accepted into a park, one that will provide a safe, permanent place for them to live. This solution ensures Kristi can receive the hospice care she needs, while also keeping her two beloved dogs—her greatest comfort and constant companions—by her side. After Kristi’s time, this will remain a home for her daughter and their pets.
The funds will cover the cost of the trailer, moving expenses, and any park deposits, allowing them to move into an affordable location where they won’t have to face eviction again. They’ve explored every other option, but income requirements have made rentals impossible. This is their best chance for security.
Here’s how you can help:
- Donate: Every dollar counts. Whether it’s $5, $10, $20 or $100, your generosity will bring us closer to providing Kristi a safe home.
- Share: Spread the word. Sharing this campaign with friends and family can make a huge difference.
No one should face homelessness, especially not during such a vulnerable time. Together, we can make sure Kristi spends her remaining days in peace, surrounded by love and comfort.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and support.
God bless and Blessed Be.✨
